Liz Beam- Founder/Coach 

Graduated in 2016 with a M.S. in Health & Human Performance
PN1 Certified 

I've owned a Gym for 9 years and a CrossFit gym for 6. I've done paleo, to whole 30, to Keto, to intermittent fasting and never truly could find something sustainable. Flexible dieting has changed my view on food and there's so many out there that don't know. I love learning more about nutrition daily! I want to share my knowledge with everyone I know and help others develop this mindset I'm still learning with flexible dieting. I want people to know how to nourish their bodies, develop a body they love with out crash dieting or labeling foods. 

I also love my little boy, my amazing husband, and my Pearly dog, and laughing is my favorite!

What interest me about nutrition is learning how it can affect every aspect of your life- exercise, recovery, sleep, energy levels, hormones, etc...
